PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME:
- This is a custom made-to-order product, please allow 7-10 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.
- Estimated Standard Shipping time is 1-2 weeks.
- If you chose to upgrade to Express Shipping during checkout, estimated shipping time is 4-10 days. (PO Box address cannot be used for Express Shipping)
*Delivery during peak season / to remote area will take longer time.

SHOE SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Free Size Exchanges are allowed ONCE per shoe order.
- Size Exchange request must be initiated WITHIN 14 days from the date of receipt.
- To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our shoe product pages for your reference.

Product price will be included on its package as it is required by customs.
